You are a nurse looking after Mrs Ferraz
She has been admitted to A&E resus with shortness of breath and a probable chest infection. You are her named nurse and have just received handover from the paramedic team;
She is 66 years old. Her oxygen saturations are 86% on 2lts 02 via nasal cannula. She lives alone, has a history of depression and is diabetic. She has a known allergy to penicillin. She has no other PMH (Past Medical History)
