Presenting Complaint

You are a F1 doctor working alongside your registrar Steven in A&E.  

You are seeing James Smith, an 18 month old boy who has been brought in by the ambulance. 

James has come in with his mother,Susan, who appears very scared. 

You ask her what has brought them to A&E.

Susan replies, "we were in the living room, James was sitting playing with his toys and all of the sudden he started shaking and jerking".
