Patient presentation

Mr John Smith is a 54 year old gentleman who was brought to the A&E department by ambulance last Friday evening. 

John was accompanied to the hospital by his wife and son who were both present and rang for an ambulance when John developed severe central chest pain that also radiated to his left arm.
