You are the Accident and Emergency (A+E) Foundation Year 2 doctor (F2) and you pick up the notes of the next patient to be seen. The triage nurse's notes state:

• Feverish, muscle and joint aches, sore throat, rash.

• His obs show BP 110/72, Pulse 98, Temp 37.8, RR 18, Sats 98%.
