During your clinic for high-risk pregnancies, you meet 19-year old Joanna Milowicz, who's in her 31st week of her first pregnancy.

She has lower abdominal pains, as well as a thick vaginal discharge and is complaining of urinary frequency.

Joanna's mother accompanies her.
